A special time water taxi can be scheduled to meet your needs by calling either water taxi company.

The staff will help load your groceries and luggage onto the boat and your vacation begins. As you cross Pine Island Sound you will possibly see dolphins, which love to follow the boat, nesting osprey, diving pelicans, cormorants and frigate birds. You will also pass by other neighboring islands including Cabbage Key, made famous by Jimmy Buffet, and Useppa Island, which has an excellent educational museum on the early Calusa Indian settlements on the islands.

You will disembark at Barnacle Phil’s Dock where the our house manager will meet and greet you. The staff will take you and your groceries to your home. They will also provide you with your own golf cart. A map of the island is provided for assistance in getting around the island.

Please arrive at the boat dock at least 20 minutes before your departure time for check-in and boarding. THE BOAT LEAVES ON TIME! To insure safe passage, everything must be bagged or boxed. Ask your grocery checkout clerk to prepare your groceries for "boat transport". This means putting a brown paper bag inside a plastic bag or boxing items. There is limited space onboard the water taxi, but with advance notice, bikes, kayaks, windsurfers, etc. can be transported.
**PLEASE NOTE**- Arrivals or departures before 7 a.m. and after 5 p.m. will incur additional fares.
